Hey girls - I know I'm not exactly active right now...but I want to throw in an idea for a future read: The Fountainhead. I know, long book...but I think we all would really enjoy discussing it...
Ayn Rand IS all the rage right now.... Amy & I had another idea....short stories!! Like the annual Best American Short Stories anthology wold be a good place to start.....
I have always wanted to read that book, I'm totally game. We can wait till you come out of the black hole (AKA grad school) to start it. Short stories sound good to me. Great idea.
BTW - you ALL will be invited to my festive graduation blow-out party. Complete with a bouncehouse for the adults!
but - back to Ms. Rand. It's a thick read, so it might take a while...and I know that the Troy Library has it on audio book...but...I'm so game. Let me know when the schedulae has an opening, and let's do it. I miss you guys!!
